Location: North & South 24 Parganas
 Create plans and strategies for collecting debts.
 Contact and communicate effectively with debtors by phone and visit to negotiate and 
implement debt recovery plans.
 Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debt.
 Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments.
 Take actions to reposition vehicle from borrower.
 Update account status records and collection efforts.
 Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
 Legislative guidelines of the Privacy Act must be followed.

 Achieve Collections set target (Controls the flow rate across buckets) of the assigned 
locations. 
 Set up the productivity parameter to agencies team.
 Agency Review on daily basis.
 Customer visit to resolve the issue.
 Initiate repossession and other legal proceedings if debt recovery plans fail. 
 Ensure to have deposition on the portfolio.
 Identifying and hiring a collection agency.
 Capacity Planning and training of the agency team regularly.
 Ensuring the collections compliance and code of conduct is followed.
 Exceed recovery targets every month.
