My work entails designing value-add learning solutions through the strategic utilization of content, technology, and learning and development methodologies that drive business results. 
In my most recent role as a Learning Consultant, I led the development and implementation of talent enhancement programs, analyzed skill gaps, and formulated L&D strategies that have enabled my organization to deliver successful L&D experiences. I achieved this through the strategic utilization of content, technology, and learning and development methodologies.
