I have worked as a complaint resolution manager in the banking sector, and for the previous six years, I have worked as an administrative manager in a private firm. 
I am also an avid writer and have written and published children's story books on Kindle.
I enrolled in a Master's programme in content writing at IIM Skills to enhance my writing talents and seek a job that suits my interests and abilities. I am now an intern content writer at IIM Skills.

I started my career with HDFC Bank as an assistant manager in the Complaints Resolution Unit, where I gained expertise in how to resolve customer queries via email. I've also helped to review KYC paperwork and proofread consumer communication letters. I also assisted in the salary upload team, where I handled high-value transactions which requires high attention to detail.
After that, I spent six years as an administrative manager at an OEM product manufacturing firm. I was in charge of stock management, purchasing, invoice preparation, and expense tracking. Apart from that, coordinate and interact with multiple teams for instrument calibration, stock creation, payments, and any other reason that may occur.

Currently, I am pursuing a profession that matches my interests, talents, and personality and I am an Intern Content Writer at IIM Skills.
