I have a degree in Information Technology; I have experience working in customer service. I have the skills to help deal with all customers in a friendly and professional manner, even when they are upset or angry due to the problems they are having.
I know how to build relationships with clients to draw in more business. I have the ability to communicate with others in a way they can understand even if they are not computer savvy. I have knowledge of a variety of operating systems that includes Windows 7, 8,10 and 11. I am also familiar with Microsoft Office and a variety of other programs.
My training consists of troubleshooting technical problems with computer systems, equipment, software and mobile devices. I have experience installing software/hardware, setting up networks and utilizing remote control. I have the ability to provide support for clients in person or by using email, phone and live chat. I can work efficiently in a group setting or alone and I have the skills and ability to complete all projects by the deadline.

- To Provide 2nd level desktop, network and application support
- Manage and support store network infrastructure; troubleshooting routers, switches and firewall
- Creating monthly Preventive maintenance schedule and checklists of Desktop, Laptops and printers for the future references
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Generating and keeping the track of employees attendance using biometric application
- Follow-up of quotations and invoices for the IT needs
- Generating E-mail logs and login tracks of Email ID’s using G-suite admin console
- Monitoring Company websites, raising ticket if any problem with sites
- Troubleshooting CCTV issues and taking Daily backup of footage
- Troubleshooting system Hardware issues, software issues, printers and scanners
- Organizing agendas, documents and presentation materials for meetings
- Preparation and submission of Expense reports
- Prepare memos, presentations, spreadsheets, etc. using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Giving Awareness about Data Theft, hacking and other security threats to employees
- Taking daily backup of Important Data
- Keeping the track of company provided laptop and mobile devices and also taking the backup of the same
- G SUITE- taking mil data backup, generating email log report, audit report, assigning rules for particular mail id, creating two step verification for E mail accounts
- Negotiating with vendors for the IT needs
