About Sukhjit Kaur:

A qualified Company Secretary with adequate knowledge on The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and The Companies Act, 2013. Have hands on experience on working on restructuring and revival of companies undergoing Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and Liquidation Process. Have also conducted Secretarial Audit and various other audits during management training.

Conducting meetings with creditors and other stakeholders;
Drafting of notices, minutes, agendas, letters, e-mails, replies etc;
Communicating with various internal and external parties such as bankers, auditors, professionals, creditors etc;
Ensuring compliances with various laws applicable to a company;
Drafting of petitions and replies/rejoinders to be filed before NCLT;
Preparation and vetting of various legal documents, reports as required.
