Namaste, I'm Suman and I hail from Pune.I have been practicing Yoga since the past 8 years and I am dedicated towards spreading the beauty of holistic healing and well being. I am also a trained BharataNatyam dancer and am truly passionate about it.My other hobbies include exploring new hiking trails,lwarning about new food cultures as well as exploring different meditation practices.I have worked as a freelance Yoga instructor since the past 6 yrs and along with teaching and guiding I have to admit I have learnt a lot through my clients.I would love to be of assistance towards anyone who is open to having a holistic approach towards buiding and maintaining Mental as well physical health.
