• Assist the QA manager in overseeing the department.
• To maintain and controlling of Healthier choice and Singapore food agency documents & certificates.
• Serves as contact point for all quality, Food safety, Co-manufacturer and regulatory issues.
• In-Charge of the maintenance and application of company licenses and certifications (e.g. SFA, HALAL, FSSC 
22000), To manage, Implement, review and update FSSC documents like policy’s, SOP’s and SSOP’s.
• In charge of government inspections and Food safety certifications and audits.
• Provide the technical support and the manufacturing process and Perform the project coordination.
• Responsible for product specification and nutritional information generation and ensuring the compliance 
to regulatory requirements.
• Oversee of GMP, GHP, GHKP, GLP and food safety training for production personnel.
• Optimisation of customer complaints and taking the CAPA appropriately.
