Work Profile and Key Responsibilities

• Working as a Reporting Manager/Operational Lead for a team of 24 people including Tier 2’s and Tier 3’s.
• Working as Change Manger for MDM track and responsible for tracking service management, incident management, change management and problem management. 
• Accountable for creating and modifying SOPs, KB articles and RACI matrix.
• Responsible for MDM runbook creation and version revision.
• Expert Knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, MDM, MAM, Security & Compliance and SCCM. 
• Handling L3 escalations and Change tasks which directly impact on the production infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in designing, deploying, and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune infrastructure.
• Detailed understanding of managing Windows 10 via Co-management i.e., SCCM managed to enroll in Intune.
• Extensive experience and knowledge of Windows Autopilot configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage Windows devices from SCCM, discovering new devices added in AD and deploying SCCM client to manage them, deploying apps.
• Extensive experience in Configuring MAM and MAM-WE policies.
• Ability to create and deploy applications (LOB/Win32/Store/etc.) and managing Application lifecycle for Windows iOS, Android and MacOS platforms.
• Experienced in managing Software Updates and Feature Updates for Windows via both Intune and SCCM.
• Configuring Compliance Policies for All Platforms (Windows, iOS, Android and Mac) from Intune.
• Extensive experience in configuring App and Device based Conditional Access policies.
• Proficient in providing Pre-requirements, Recommendations and act as a consultant for Active Directory Integration with Azure AD (Entra ID) using Directory Sync tool.
• Providing support to customers in Integrating customer’s on-premises directories with Azure AD and helping them in resolving issues with Azure AD SaaS Applications Integration, Microsoft Entra ID Protection, MFA and Conditional Access, Device registration, Directory Synchronization and Password Synchronization, SSPR, Password writeback and Single Sign-On, Azure AD Application Proxy, GPO Auto-enrollment and Hybrid Azure AD Join.
• Experience in all Device Configuration which includes Setting Catalog, Email, Wi-Fi, VPN, Certificate Based Authentication using SCEP.
• Accountable for creating custom RBAC roles and Privileged Identity Management (PIM) deployment.
• Identifying and implementing process improvements by providing value adds and automation ideas.
