             I have M.sc microbiology graduate, I have totally 15 years.
Experience in brewing field, Now I am working as a  "Executive Brewer"at
SNJ breweries Limited in Madurantakam.

             I have good knowledge in brewing, fermentation, filteration,
total plant hygienic maintenance(CHAMAK), Raw material analysis, Alcohol Analysis.
