 Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with major clients, hospital
chains, and corporate accounts to secure long-term partnerships.
 Lead negotiations and secure high-value contracts, ensuring
alignment with the company’s revenue objectives.
 Collaborate with architects, consultants, project teams & direct hospitals
to position products as the preferred choice for upcoming projects.
 Oversee day-to-day sales operations between sales team and internal
team such as supply chain, customer support to ensure order should
be dispatch on time.
 Monitor and optimize the sales pipeline to enhance conversion rates
and reduce sales cycles.
 To find out the gap in the existing process if required design or
remodified the process.
 To track order status, delivery timeliness and leads conversion.
 Ensure CRM should be updated on time and all leads are getting
punch on time through teams.
