Overall 14+ Years’ Experience in Telecom & Media industry. I have been working as Bank payment Reconciliation, Process Streamlining, Planning, Report automation, payment gateway cost monitoring, Account Receivable and Payable, Business Analysis,MIS Reporting and handling PAN India operation.

Experience

  • Reconciliation of broadband & DTH cable online transaction of various gateway.(PayU, bill-desk, Worldline, Paytm, my jio)
  • Reconciliation of Online Payment Gateway and offline Transaction of hathway and JV companies. (Debit /Credit card/ CDM card,Cash Wallet, UPI,SBQR,cheque,neft,IMPS, EPC & netbanking,Cash) 
  • PAN India centralize collection control and reconciliation of Gateway transaction.Settlement report VS Bank VS internal IT data VS ERP. (3 way reconciliation).
  • Vendor Invoice reconciliation and validation of payment gateway Commercial Charges.
  • Prepartion of Debtors monthly billing of B2B & B2C customer.
  • Preparation of various Daily and Monthly Debtors Revenue MIS reports.
  • Preparation of state bucket wise Debtors outstanding Aging Report and send to reginal opersaction team for outstanding recovery.
  • Gateway Online transaction customer complient handling. 
  • Gateway cost optimization and analysis of business cost saving.
  • Following up with payment gateways towards closure of charge back. 
  • Processing the refund of customers over various gateways portals.
  • Follow-up with payment gateway for TDS Reimbursement.
  • Preparation of bank Reconciliation(BRS).
  • Coordinating with IT team and Payment Gateway team towards process Automation.

Support to Statutory Audit and Internal Audit.

I am B.com graduate from Shivaji University Kolhapur in 2007.
