  • I joined the project when one of our production instance was on Live.
  • I was a part of Azure Integration with MSCRM team and my role was to monitor the Azure message queue and the overall CRM environment to ensure smooth operations for the OTIS end users who are utilizing the GSS CRM application.
  • We have Inbound & outbound integration and Azure is the middleware between MSCRM & Third party systems (TPS).
