I am a qualified fashion designer. I have worked with many reputed fashion brands in India. I then took a sabbatical. I then got an opportunity to work as a customer relationship manager. I learnt a lot about customer service and how to deal with customers in different and difficult situations. My last job, I worked as marketing manager.
Each of my work experience has taught me how to deal with different situations in a better manner.
