Reponsibilities:

• Worked as a dedicated Workday HCM consultant/analyst, specializing in the Configuration , implementation and support of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system.
• Worked on Supervisory Org, Org hierarchies, Staffing Models, and Job Profiles, etc. and good understanding of Organizational management, Position and Job Management, Staffing model , recruitment & hire process..
• Conducted requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their HRIS processes and translate them into Workday system configurations.
• Assisted in the design and configuration of Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation.
• Worked on Compensation eligibility rules creation, compensation plan, create compensation package, etc. and Worked on compensation grades and profiles with the eligibility rules for the hires in demographic
• Worked on creating the Applicants and hiring applicants into supervisory Organizations Developed Compensation for New hires, and designed a Business process to hire an employee.
• Coordinated with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR and payroll.
• Day-to-day support of Workday Integrations and Reporting issues.
• Involved in the meetings with business process owners, SME (subject matter experts), and
• Security. Audit team for requirements gathering and verification stage
• Used Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) to build simple inbound and outbound integrations
• Provided ongoing support to clients, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting system issues, and recommending solutions to improve system performance.
• Assisted in the development and customization of Workday reports and dashboards to meet client-specific reporting requirements.
• Collaborated with leads and managers to define and optimize HR business processes within the Workday system, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Worked on implementing custom & Ad-hoc HR-related reports and modified some standard reports.
• Developed different custom reports including matrix reports, and advanced reports on all modules, which include Compensation, Benefits, and Core HR.
• Developed advanced reports from simple reports by using Calculated Fields, Sorting, Filtering Report Fields, providing Advanced Filtering Options, Creating Filters, and using related Business Objects.
• Gained valuable experience in Workday Security, including Domain Security, user-based security, and role-based security through collaborative efforts across various functional teams.
• Proficiently manage time and task completion in adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
