  • Work on as an admin for Coupa, NetSuite, and Concur applications.
  • Interacted with the business user, getting requirements and analysis developing and documents.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to provide technical guidance and support, ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of NetSuite.
  • Hands on sales orders integration issues from  Salesforce to NetSuite.
  • Perform month end and quarter end support for finance period closed.
  • Resolving Tax issues with ONE-SOURCE and AVALARA, SKU related issues 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business needs and integration requirements.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with solving configuration-related issues.
  • Excellent understanding and Hands-on experience in NetSuite modules like Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Billing Schedules, Advanced Procurement, and Taxation.
  • Monitor and administer account management, roles, user access, profile creation, security administration.

Education

  • Maintenance activities like new subsidiary creation, role maintenance, saved searches in NetSuite.
  • User record creation/update and resolving any integration error in, Netsuite-Workday applications
  • Verifying SOD conflict in Fastpath.
  • Follow SOX guidelines and submitting SOX reports for user access.
  • Provide day-to-day system administration end-user support resolving queries and troubleshooting issues for global stakeholders
  • Continuos improve support std processes and implement best practices.
  • Manage incident and service requests through ticketing systems (e.g. Jira/ServiceNow)
  • Working knowledge of CSV imports, Advanced PDF, Report analytics, Suite scripts and Testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.
  • Demonstrates good understanding of the Finance processes such as P2P, O2C, and travel expense also works collaboratively with Member of service departments.
