Respected Sir/Ma'am, Greetings of the Day!!!   This is SURAJ K SHAKYA Currently I am looking for a job according to my work experiences & I am sharing with you my career started with a domestic call center (voice process) from New Delhi.   As well as I am sharing with you my last two current profiles where I have worked with the corporate education sector below are the details for your references.    I last worked with Unacademy as Associate Senior Store operation Manager - Gwalior Location: - My role was where in store all enrolled/new students come for the studies in the library section where books availability is maintained stream wise. Counseling with new students and converting into the enrollment & arrange the doubt classes accordingly. Managing the marketing counseling team to more sales efficiency. Planning seminar activity in school/colleges for more admission. Apart from these, any other work also comes to me related to the company. It has been done properly with written communication & after through approval of company guidance.       Note: - For your references i inform you Due to my wife's delivery in June 2023 after joining from May 2023 i have to leave out from short term services. It was a very short term period for relieving my service history.   II Aakash+Byjus as roll were Admin officer Gwalior main Branch along with 2 Extensions branches. In Aakash:- I handled 3500 plus enrolled students (Foundation to Dropper) and provided the facilities in a timely schedule accordingly. Managing the whole branch included staff & Infra/Class rooms where it should be well furnished and hygiene as per company norms. Vendor’s payment invoice should be processed on time. Inventory management of what comes and what goes out from the branch is also maintained by me. Marketing activity raising PR/PO monthly approved budget through me after approval. Apart from these, any other work also comes to me related to the company. It has been done properly with written communication & after through approval of company guidance.    I have over all above 14 years of experience.   

I have completed M.B.A. In Marketing Management from Sikkim Manipal University Gwalior (2018)
