Hello sir,

I am surender kamboj currently working as maintenance Head at precision Kalpurja Udyog. Previously i have work experience of maintenance technician of 6 years.

I am immediately avilable. 

My major job responsibility are:-

Supervising and leading all the maintenance operations and processes.

Conducting preventive maintenance to the mechanical / electrical devices.

Detecting malfunctions through the observation (visual or sound).

Running diagnostic tests for ensuring system functionality.
Repair faulty or broken machine parts. Performing emergency repairs.

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Responding to to the complaints and resolving the issues mentioned by the
employees.
Ensuring all the department workers adhere to to all the safety policies.
inspecting the problem areas and ensuring necessary steps are taken care
to solve them.
Dverseeing the equipment stock and placing orders for the new supplies
when necessary. 

Maintaining a database and an inventory of consumables
Coordinating with other workers and performing tasks
Updating the authorities with the weekly and monthly reports.
Creating and implementing maintenance procedures:
Conducting regular inspections of the facilities for detecting and resolving
problems;
Planning and managing all repair schedules and installation jobs.
Documenting and preparing the daily maintenance logs and progress
reports.
