About Suresh Mayanglamba:

I am currently working with Ericsson Global India Pvt. Ltd. as a HR Delivery Specialist (Assistant Manager- Global Payroll) in the Centre of Excellence Team for Payroll, Time and Benefits. I took the role the role of Project Manager in Vendor Consolidation Project for 28 countries in Latin America besides my business as usual involvement of processing payroll in a few European countries and Caribbean region.

I have multi-country payroll experience and always capable of managing new countries assigned and getting the job done by liaising with the clients and vendors involved which involves social registration, tax payments, filings besides the salary payments to the employees. Currently, I handle end-end payroll process for 11 countries-  

Saint Lucia, Saint Kitts and Nevis, British Virgin Islands, St Vincent, Grenada, Cayman Islands, Dominica, Antigua And Barbuda, Trinidad And Tobago, Barbados and Jamaica 

Prior to joining Ericsson, I worked with Global Upside where I manage a team and handled three clients with footprints in 17 countries. 

  • Handle payroll set up for new hires.
  • Collecting the payroll changes from client in a timely manner.
  • Generating payroll reports, creating customized reports for client such as Company. Cost Summary, Variance Reports, Gross to Net, Vacation Accrual etc.
  • Sending payroll funding request to client upon payroll approval.
  • Timely payment of salaries to the employees and making statutory filings and payments
  • Distributing payslips to the employees.
  • Preparation of Cash Reconciliation.
  • Owning SOX controls within payroll.
  • Supporting Stock Purchase payments.
