Since joining Pfizer Healthcare India Private Limited, Vizag, has championed APAC Lead role, he is effectively directed the program of Integrated Manufacturing Excellence (IMEX) including different eco-systems, visual management, continuous improvements & manufacturing solutions like Visual Inspection Defect Tracking, Digital Operation Center, Batch Tracker, Work Center Performance Management and IIOT across EMEA & APAC sites. He is involved in leading program Highly Orchestrated Supply Network (HOSuN) to establish & optimize the global supply chain planning capabilities of manufacturing 18 sites and network & analytics for supply chain and manufacturing solutions. He has been collaborating with global supply chain and operating unit leaders to establish priorities, define budget & resources, plan for each project and monitor & governing the projects. He is responsible for leading the program to deploy new set of optimized processes based on SAP ERP & Non-SAP applications with strong interfaces between SAP & Non-SAP systems as part of Pfizer and Hospira Integration PAN India sites. He is skilled in deploying applications as part of integration includes SAP, FTPS (EBR) - (Rockwel) & MLM for manufacturing, LIMS for CQ Lab, EM for BQ Lab, QTS for quality systems, document management application for SOPs & GMP document storage, Ariba for indirect procurement and EAMS for maintenance. He is accountable for handling 100+ resources & ensured successful completion of end user trainings for 1600+ colleagues across departments; supervised change management for 455 SOPs at site level and creation of new SOPs, as required. He is responsible for effectively ensuring printer validations & RF gun validations for smooth deployment; acted as SPOC for inbound & outbound interfaces between SAP & other edge systems. He is involved in managing script preparations, unit testing, process integration testing and system validations. He is accountable for governing program to deploy brand new set of optimized processes based on SAP ERP including Electronic Batch Record (EBR) at Hospira Vizag site; handled a team of 100+ resources across process areas for deploying a Greenfield site (2000+ employees). He is efficiently rendering application support at site thereby achieved 100% in adoption of SAP Electronic Batch Record (electronic process instruction sheets and eLog Books as per GMP guidelines). He is implementing standard test processes and deliverables (including defect management and quality metric reporting) within the gated process for streamlining testing and support automation and manual testing efforts. He is responsible for reviewing requirements in the non-engaged service capabilities & working on opportunities of process improvement, streamlining, integration and incremental revenue. He is driving knowledge sharing for team members; facilitated required trainings to team members with the focus on enhancing service capabilities.

Prior to this, he holds the distinction of working with prestigious organizations like Natsol Labs, Vizag as General Manager;Siemens Information Systems Ltd., Chennai as Program Manager/ Senior Project Manager; Spectrasoft Technologies Limited, Chennai as Sr. Functional Consultant – FICO; Blue Bay / Orchid Chemicals, Chennai as Deputy Manager. Nadimpalli is self-motivated, and of friendly nature, comfortable in leading teams who is extremely hard working, & honest. Alongside, he is a detail-oriented, efficient and organized professional with extensive experience in Global Service Delivery Management and Program / Project Management, while he possesses good analytical and problem solving skills. A technically competent professional, well versed with MS Office, MS Projects and MS Visio; ERP (SAP) - R/3 Modules (FICO, QM, MM, SD, PP and PM) & SAP S4 HANA. A multi-lingual, proficient in English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil and Russian.
