As per experience I was associated with Byju's for the role of Business Development Associate which is purely based on sales and sales means trust generation. Most challenging factor that actually stood in front of me was how to create trust and what are the necessary tools to generate trust and doing it over a phone call during pandemic as we all know what we were passing by makes it even more difficult. But that difficult situation helped me to take the challenge and give it a shot and I as a result I was able to generate trust and ended up in closure with a good feedback from the customer himself. So as the job role goes I am best suitable for this role as I know how to generate trust and as a result I can do sales.
I was also associated with my brothers business which is a cloth manufacturing company so basically the name of the company was Endeavor Engineering and we use deal with car engine manufacturing but it was not so well established and we had certain losses but after that we were under cloth manufacturing where my job role was complete to do sales, promote, take orders by visiting schools to small retail apparel shops so basically my job role was not synchronized but rather diversive as I had to do all the works meet the clients too.
