Scheduling the meeting channel partners like Chaitanyaindia, Mitrata, Novo pay, Bank it, Patel. Doing the data collection of various team members and handed over to the Head risk officer, like CRM cases approval for payment settlement and coordination with all the Non-life channel partners for the new business development STAR HEATH AND ALLIED INSURANCE CO.LTD since 18-Dec 2018 to 31-Oct-21 Designation : Senior Executive opration Gurgaon Branch office Co-ordinate with various department and channel for issuance. Working on Financial and Non-Financial Retail Endorsements (Member addition, Member Deletion, Cumulative Bonus, DOB Change, Travel, Address change, Contact No. Change, Email Id Change, GenderChange, Name Change, Nominee, Occupation, Annual Income.) Managing Customer of Claims for cash Less and reimbursement process (co-ordination with HO Team for Cash Less and reimbursement with senior Doctors Team , Also contract Finance Department for payment settlement ).
