Co-ordinate with various channel partners for data of MGC and GPA for policy live.  Manage the all the part of mobile insurance like corma, Samsung, Oppo, Mi , Redmi, Endorsement ,claims.  Manage the all the claims of Life Insurance with Bharti Axa , Edelweiss, DHFL , BSLI Hospi Cash & credit life policy claim of NBFC,  Maintain the supreme Mobile Account coordination with sales team of supreme mobile and TATA AIG for claim settlement (claim documents requirements )and Endorsement also investigate the claim document of supreme sales team , working as an Heath and Life Insurance REQ of MGC & GPA also coordinating for Quotations from various Insurer team.  Maintaining the data of Endorsement of various clients and coordinate with insurer team for complete the endorsement process.  Maintaining the Relationship with channel partners, like DHFL, Bharti axa, HDFC General , ICIC Lombard, for two wheeler and four wheeler for claim settlement process and pending cases. Also coordinate with various work shop for cash less settlement and reimbursement.  Creating the delay claims settlement ratio of insurers for life and General Insurers.  Scheduling the meeting channel partners like Chaitanyaindia, Mitrata, Novo pay, Bank it, Patel.  Doing the data collection of various team members and handed over to the Head risk officer, like CRM cases approval for payment settlement and coordination with all the Non-life channel partners for the new business development STAR HEATH AND ALLIED INSURANCE CO.LTD since 18-Dec 2018 to 31-Oct-21 Designation : Senior Executive opration Gurgaon Branch office Co-ordinate with various department and channel for issuance.  Working on Financial and Non-Financial Retail Endorsements (Member addition, Member Deletion, Cumulative Bonus, DOB Change, Travel, Address change, Contact No. Change, Email Id Change, GenderChange, Name Change, Nominee, Occupation, Annual Income.) Support application ‘Preimia’ Retail Health Insurance System that help to manage the full cycle of activities from Policy Cancellation, Refund.  Retail Policy Requests, Non-Disclosure Cancellation (Client Cases, Free look cancellation).  Marking the quotation and share with various Insurance brokers also doing the endorsement of various entity match the CD balance of the clients premium etc.  Creating the agent confidential report at Monthly Bases also maintaining the agent Visiting Report.  Doing the Renewal of Policy Bazzar policy ,Policy X, JSPS, Prudent, M11, Compare Policy, etc.  Maintaining fresh Proposal Online ,offline and STP Cases .  Managing Customer of Claims for cash Less and reimbursement process (co-ordination with HO Team for Cash Less and reimbursement with senior Doctors Team , Also contract Finance Department for payment settlement ).
