I’ve led operational readiness for new units, managed logistics, and executed process improvements using Power BI and Excel-based analytics. During my tenure as Unit Lead – Digital Adoption at Narayana Health, I led EMR implementation across departments, delivering targeted training to clinical and non-clinical teams.
