I am a Learning & Development (L&D) professional with 17+ years of experience spanning across different companies and industries. My previous role involved leading L&D for priority global technology groups in a reputed MNC. Earlier to that, I was a part of Professional Development, Customer Service & language training teams across different Indian organizations, and had managed complex learning initiatives.
