* Provides technical and administrative support to leadership and personnel within a dedicated department, team, division or section.

* Handle incoming, and outgoing documents which come for signature and sending them via email to the originating party and complete administrative tasks such as e-filing, incoming, outgoing, letter and memo preparation.

* Prepares data in order to generate reports, and presentations.
* Performs administrative tasks that may include drafting letters, submitting expenses, preparing reports, filing, compiling documentation for meetings, and provides technical administrative support to team leader.
