I am submitting my resume to be considered for Customer Support Representative. I have a solid background in IT Support from past work experience of more than 6 years and relevant skills that will allow me to greatly contribute to the company in this role.

My on-job-experience in information technology provided me with the strong foundation to pursue work in IT Support. I served as an IT Support Engineer at Concentrix India in Microsoft, where I provided support to a wide range of clients and products of MS Teams and MS Project services, including support for their break-fix issues and queries.

I am flexible in terms of working hours as well, as I've worked in night shifts when required.
