I have been an enthusiastic and highly motivated Training and Talent Management Consultant, science faculty and Education Strategic Planner with an experience of about thirty years. I have instructed students of grades 9th - 12th in subjects like Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics for several different curricula, including, IGCSE, IB, CBSE and ICSE. I not only have an extensive experience as Physics Faculty at a prestigious international school with a British International Curriculum, but also have prepped students at my own coaching and research facility for IGCSE AS/A Level, International Baccalaureate, SAT, PSAT, and AP examinations. Furthermore, my experience as a Science Faculty and Training Coordinator at Qatar Steel has equipped me with corporate, managerial and organisational skills that I can apply to any institution I am a part of. I excel at designing learning plans, curricula, and schedules and analysing and improving student performance and engagement. Due to the fierce impact of the Pandemic in India, I have had to close my coaching and research facility and am now looking for a job to put my skills and knowledge to the right use and take my career to the next level.
