Over the past several years, I have built my career at the intersection of technology, education, and entrepreneurship. As the Founder and Director of KMC Tech Solutions since 2020, I’ve had the opportunity to wear multiple hats—leading software development teams, designing real-world training programs, and directly mentoring hundreds of students and young professionals. My journey began with a clear vision: to make technology not only accessible but also transformative for individuals from all walks of life, especially those without formal access to structured learning or career guidance.

Through KMC Tech Solutions, I have led the creation of full-stack web and mobile applications, focusing on solving everyday business problems with user-friendly, scalable digital tools. At the same time, I’ve structured comprehensive internship programs and short-term training courses that help learners move from foundational computer skills to industry-ready coding and software development. My teaching approach is hands-on, practical, and focused on instilling confidence through experience—whether it’s building user interfaces, writing backend logic, or deploying live applications.

Beyond the technical aspects, I’ve been deeply involved in shaping learning environments that encourage self-discipline, innovation, and real-time problem-solving. I take pride in developing not just coders, but thinkers—individuals who understand the "why" behind what they build. My leadership style is grounded in clarity, empathy, and purpose. I believe in continuous improvement and in pushing both myself and those I work with to grow beyond comfort zones.

I’m passionate about empowering people to believe in themselves, leverage technology wisely, and take charge of their futures—whether through a job, a startup, or a bold new idea.

I hold a strong academic foundation in technology, having completed my formal education in computer science. My studies equipped me with a solid understanding of programming, software development, and system design—skills that I have continuously built upon through real-world application and self-learning. While my formal education laid the groundwork, it’s been my hands-on experience and constant upskilling that have truly shaped my ability to teach, build, and lead in the tech space.
