GENERAL LEDGER • Keep the employee payroll interface updated and fully maintained. • Passing necessary Entries of Petty Cash Expenses. • Expenses Accounting by Cost Centre • Payment Requisition of Petty Cash Expenses reimbursement from H.O • Passing necessary Closing Entries at the end of the year. • Preparing Income & Financial Statements for Management. • Coordinating to Internal & External Auditors. • Coordinating with MIS dept. for different Management Reporting JUNE 2021 TO DEC 2021 ACCOUNT ASSISTANT M.M Traders Hyd,T.S, India. Core Responsibilities includes: ACCOUNTS PAYABLE • PO invoice processing • Full accounts reconciliation • Vendor statement reconciliation • Accounting Debit notes and credit notes • Handling Vendor queries on Discrepancies and discounts • Maintaining Accuracy in accounts • Resolving vendor issues relating to discounts and credit memos • Processing invoices. • Bank Reconciliation Statement • Preparation of Month-ending and Year ending Schedules And Accounts • Preparation of Reports based on Financial Ratio Analysis • Reconciliation of Bank Facilities like LC / TR
