Job specifications for the work required as per contractual obligations set with clients, selection of subcontractors for an awarding specialized job, quality control system & policies, Safety precautions, planning & scheduling complete scope of work, setting milestones, target dates & monitoring production to meet the expected date of accomplishment. I have also worked on installation projects on site for pumps, new fabrication & erection of ship assemble the blocks. 

Ship Repair Skills : Carried out tasks on board vessels like huge cargo vessels, dredgers, passenger speed boats, passenger vessels, Tugs, Crane Barges, tankers, DCI Dredger, Dredging cutter, offshore supply ship, AHTSS and firefighting ship and Barge DCI Dredger, SCI Passenger ship, SCI ORV Research vessel, OSV Research Vessel, Coast guard, Navy Vessel, Cargo and oil Tanker vessels, Container vessels and Cattle vessels including foreign & Indian flag ships etc.

New Ship Skills :  Constructed the platform supply vessel & AHTSS vessel in coordination with L&T Ship building from keel plate laying block with frames, floors, bulkheads, deck plate construction, but for big size ships I have done construction work separately like Forward peak compartment, chain locker area, forward crew accommodation, Aft transom Block, engine room, pump room & steering gear room separately & assembling them with alignment & welding back. Super structures also fabricated separately, including the main deck, boat deck, accommodation deck, bridge deck & monkey island & installing the prefabricated block structures on mainframe structure, aligning & welding and complete renovation of the barge.
