I am a recent B.Com graduate from Mumbai University with a strong passion for business strategy, innovation, and technology. With a background in science during my 11th & 12th and practical experience in retail and chat support roles, I bring a unique combination of analytical thinking, communication skills, and real-world business understanding. I have also completed MSCIT and possess working knowledge of MS Excel, E-commerce platforms, and Visual Basic.

I am currently seeking opportunities in roles such as Business Analyst, Strategy Associate, or Research Executive, where I can apply my curiosity, creativity, and dedication to help organizations grow. My goal is to contribute to a dynamic team, learn continuously, and grow within the company while exploring innovative business solutions. I have over 3 years of hands-on experience as a Retail Executive at a cake shop counter, where I developed strong customer service, billing, and inventory management skills. Additionally, I worked in a chat support process at Kotak Securities, gaining exposure to financial services and client handling in a digital environment. I’ve also contributed to various event management roles, which helped me build communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

I have completed my Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Mumbai University, specializing in subjects like Financial Accounting, Human Resource Management, and Computer Systems & Applications. My coursework has given me a solid foundation in business, finance, and technology. Additionally, I’ve completed MSCIT, equipping me with practical skills in MS Office, Excel, and basic IT operations. I also studied Science in 11th and 12th, which has helped me develop analytical thinking and a problem-solving mindset.
