Throughout my career, I have demonstrated expertise in overseeing e-waste processing operations, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering valuable relationships with stakeholders. My role as a Project Coordinator involved advising clients on cost-effective and legally compliant sustainable waste management methods while streamlining data and reports for regulatory bodies. I have had the privilege of working with renowned organizations such as Pfizer Limited, Alembic Pharmaceuticals, RIL Dahej, and Tata Power, contributing to their sustainable waste management strategies.

As an Assistant Professor in Civil/Environmental Engineering, I cultivated strong communication and leadership skills while teaching, leading lectures, conducting seminars, and supervising lab work. My commitment to excellence led me to serve as a lead auditor for NAAC Accreditation.

My professional experience is characterized by a diverse background in environmental management, waste recycling, and sustainability. As a Manager (Operations & EPR) at WASTE RECYCLING STUDIO, I currently oversee the daily operations of an e-waste processing unit with a capacity of 25 MT per day. My responsibilities include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, regulatory compliance, and record-keeping to ensure efficient e-waste processing. I have also developed and maintained relationships with key industry stakeholders.

During my tenure at NEPRA as a Project Coordinator, I provided Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) advisory services, advising clients on sustainable waste management methods in compliance with Waste Management rules. I successfully assisted multiple brand owners in preparing EPR Action Plans and reports for regulatory agencies like the CPCB. This role also involved streamlining data and documents for sustainable disposal and managing clients such as Pfizer Limited, Pfizer Products India, and Alembic Pharmaceuticals.

Additionally, I have extensive experience in sustainable waste management reporting. I have prepared reports and presentations for notable organizations like RIL Dahej and Tata Power, utilizing tools such as the GHG Equivalency Calculator (WARM by EPA). I have also been involved in the implementation of waste management initiatives and have participated in tender processes for integrated waste management projects.

My academic background as an Assistant Professor in Civil/Environmental Engineering further enriched my skill set. I conducted lectures, seminars, and supervised lab work while also serving as a lead auditor for NAAC Accreditation.
