About Tanushree Shinde:

Greetings!

I am a resident of Indiaand have 24 years of Experience all-inclusive teaching, training, administration, and customer support. 

 

I am a Graduate of Psychology and have completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management,120 hours of TEFL/TESOL by Henry Harvin, C2 Level of Proficiency in English certified by EF Set and BULAT Level 4 certified by the British Council Mumbai. 

 

Currently, I am working as a School principal at VidyanganEdugram Global Academy of Life Science, an initiative by the People For People Foundation, Which is a Non -Profit Organisation working for the Upliftment of Rural Children. 

 

I have extensively worked in Managerial roles as Academic Principal, School Head, H.R Manager, Operations Head and Team Leader.

 

I started my career in Corporate Customer Service, which molded me to understand the core element for the success of any business i.e Your customer should not only be satisfied but should also be delighted to get that extra which they had not expected. This principle I apply in all my role.

 

I have experience in teaching Communicative English, and English Grammar, Neutralizing mother tongue influence while speaking English, along with soft skills, Interview Skills, and mannerisms to a wide range of students from Kindergarten children, School Students, College aspirants, Jobseekers and Professionals.

 

In India though English is our Second National Language and we have to learn English from the Pre-school level, In rural Still students face problems in Learning English due to the prominent influence of regional language. I have the expertise to teach English to such an audience and am comfortable teaching any age group belonging to any ethnical background. 

 

 I can develop training content for all levels of learners and as per the requirements of the program, I can independently handle the day-to-day operation and administration of a center along with lead generation & campaigning and can teach a group of learners both online as well offline. I am also proficient at operating MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Presentations, and Zoom applications.
