ICICI Bank - Chief Manager- Product Manager, Mobile Banking

- Responsible for driving end user traffic and engagement on the platform
- Managing Google Analytics of the platform and utilizing data to study traffic, understanding customer behavior and optimizing data for retargeting, fulfilment and UI-UX enhancement
- Responsible for providing architecture required to optimize product value proposition for customers and provide superior customer experience
