Hi,

Good day ! 

Have been working in Technical Documentation field since 22 years.

Worked in diverse software verticals ranging from: ITIL, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Telecommunications, Storage and Networking. 

Had the privilege to work with Cisco Systems, Symantec Veritas and Sonus Networks (now Ribbon Telecom renamed).

Coupled with this, i have intense experience, setting-up teams, processes, from scratch. Ability to think out-of-the-box and vision for the team, stands me apart, to do something unique in Technical Documentation. 

In addition, i have completed Cisco CCNA/CCNP Switching, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Information Mapping certifications too. Possess the "fuel" to get some more certification and inspire/motivate team and share my expertize.

If there is an opening for a Sr.Manager Technical Documentation or Director Technical Documentation, would be really interested. Currently, I am based out of Bangalore, India and would need work visa to work outside India.

  3. Sonus Networks (now renamed to Ribbon Telecom) - Worked as a Principal Tech Writer on Telecommunication product EMS. Lead the team on key documentation projects, responsible for the team's performance, outcomes, quality and timely deliverables.

  4. Symantec Veritas - Worked as Sr.Instructional Designer on key storage product. Responsible for creating the Curriculum courseware for Veritas Storage foundation training course. Received award Level-4.

  5. Cisco Systems - Worked as a Technical Writer on key core and edge Cisco 12000 series router documentation. Completed Cisco CCNA and CCNP Switch certifications.
