Manage all aspects of accounting, including accounts receivable, accounts payable and general
ledger functions.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, Income Tax and other statutory compliance
requirements. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, adapting company policies
and procedures accordingly.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheet, income statements and cash
flow statements for management.
Present financial data and analysis to the executive team and board of directors providing
valuable insights for decision making.
Cost Management: Analyze operational costs and implement strategies for cost control and
efficiency improvements.
Risk Management: Implemented robust internal controls, ensuring compliance with regulatory
requirements and safeguarding company assets; recognized by auditors for maintaining a strong Spearheaded identification and mitigation of financial risks, resulting in a 20% reduction in
potential losses and improved overall risk management framework.
Team Leadership:
Organized a new accounting department and recruited and trained accountants.
Mentor and lead the finance and accounting team, consisting of 19 heads, fostering a culture of
excellence, accountability and continuous improvements.
