• Having 15 years of experience including around 9 years in SAP finance and 6 years of experience in Accounts domain. 
• Worked on various phases of SAP FICO Implementation like Business requirement Gathering, Configuration, Testing and Go-Live Support.
• Actively involved in customer interactions and had been provided timely and effective support in country India Version issues. 
• Core areas of skills are User training and resolving the day-to-day issues in the Production support using BMC Remedy Tool and Service now Tool.
