I have been working on overseeing and improving the organization's online knowledge resources through content management, technical support for sites, and enhancing user experience. Worked on project for A&IC, Cyber & Strategic Risk, Quality & Risk Management which involves site revamps, site maintenance and improving the site interface for better user experience. The major focus on ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of website content, contributing to the organization's ability to provide valuable information and support to its stakeholders while aligning digital strategies with broader organizational goals. Also, have worked on 3 different cross team projects for KX Document team under knowledge services related to images extraction, tagging and content improvement. Responsibilities encompasses curating, organizing, and maintaining information repositories, implementing efficient knowledge-sharing strategies, and collaborating to bridge information gaps for informed decision-making and increased productivity.
