Thiyagarajan Muthaiyan

I, Mr. M. Thiyagarajan. I am currently employed as an assistant professor at Arasu Engineering College. I received a B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Arasu Engineering College, Anna University, in the year 2006. I did my master's in M.Tech. Power Electronics from PRIST University in the year 2013. Now I am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering at Kalasalingam University, Madurai. Also, I completed a master's degree in yoga for human excellence at Tamil Nadu Sports University in 2020. I have more than 16 years of experience in both industries and the teaching field. My areas of interest include electrical machines, power electronic converters, power systems, control systems, grid-connected systems, power quality, and FACTS controllers. I have published 14 papers in international journals and presented 6 papers at international and national conferences. I am a reviewer for Advances in Science, Technology, and Engineering Systems Journal and the international journal of creative research thoughts. I organized more technical events such as national and international conferences, faculty development programs, technical symposiums, entrepreneur awareness programs, etc. I acted as a resource person in webinars, seminars, EDC programs, and faculty development programs. He is a certified trainer in an international labor organization. I applied for more funds in DST, AICTE, TNSCST, and CSIR and received Rs. 12,00,000 in funds from various organizations. I also acted as an NBA coordinator, NAAC coordinator, placement coordinator, PMKVY coordinator and trainer, EDC chief coordinator, and TAHDCO trainer. Finally, as a project coordinator, I guided and published the five best student projects in various media.
