• Support the School director in the development of financial plans,in alignment with the school strategic improvement plan and the forecast availability of resources.
• Management of budget and forecasting software systems.
• Support the School director in providing budget and forecast reports for Management.
• Management of School accounting and financial record system.
• Be responsible for the issue of School invoices and following up their prompt payment.
• Carry out and keep analyses of cost and other statistical information.
• Ensure accurate VAT accounting and Payment,and that VAT reclaim returns are submitted as required.
• Management of Income and expenditure operational systems and procedures including online payments in and out,cash procedures and banking.
• Produce,obtain and submit all financial reports and returns, including: 1.Budgets. 2. Accounts. 3. VAT returns. 4. Internal management reports including forecasts,cash flow reports,management accounts,bank reconciliations, department budget reports etc.
• Manage,negotiate and monitor all contracts,leases and relationships with all external contractors.
• Producing Trial Balance at year end to facilitate audit.
• Management of Payroll service to ensure that all staff are paid on time and inline with HR records.
• Be updated in UAE Labor Law.
• Submission of accurate records and returns for staff pay roll and End of Service Benefits.
• Responsible for School's asset register ensuring that it is maintained and regularly updated.
• Ensure that all necessary reports and documentation are completed accurately with in time constraints including Health and Safety reporting and internal and external Statistical returns.

Master of Business Administration specialized in Finance.

Bachelor of Commerce.
