I with my 125 members saved USD 51m in CITI N.A Se-bill_Enhancement, Production and Retrospective project. Net company saved 19.39% and retained the project in BSC-4 Hyderabad.
NPS jumped 34 to 64, created a prospective pipeline CITI NA, JPMC NA and India, Barclays bank UK, GER, AMRO Bank, NL, GER, Deutsche bank GER, UK, ICICI Overseas, SBI India and Overseas, RBI. target NPS from 33 to 44.
Top management selected me as Sr. PMO, PRIDE BSC-4 Agenda initiative for Delivery Excellence, Led the entire team with my immediate Sr ADD (Director Delivery) and GM (Business, Production and Sales).

Triggered 100-250 percent, new 3 engagement of USD 4m, 16m, and 41m in 9 to 11 month, 3 big M & A happened in that time period within next mid financial year, share price hiked from INR 98 to 112 in short term, INR 112 to 215 in mid-term, INR 475 for future profits.
One new mobile enhancement project added in the product line and 2 Insurance and one brokerage firm for petroleum project.
Using with modern tools and techniques PBI, AI Chat GPT, Copilot, Dashboard creation and presentation plus legacy BI and ETL tools Excel Advance, VBA and Pivot, automation, AWS DevOps and Advance Architecture Cloud Computing. Business Analysis, Sales, Marketing expansion growth and trending domestic and international USA NA, Canada, Europe, EMEA and ASPAC regions.
