In this era of climatic challenge, our way of life and the way we do business need a greater focus to sustain the growth. The entire approach towards our business needs a relook and the aspects of Environmental , Social and stakeholders Wellbeing  must be addressed at required level. It is now to act quickly, and  the ESG aspects are to  built into our operations right from planning stages. Growing regulations and agreements  at global level are also making the business to think to incorporate these aspects in their operations even at micro level. With my vast experience in this domain and overall understanding of business operations  I would like to utilise my ability as a catalyst to this new business transformation and make them viable in new more transparent business environment.
