I’m Touheed Alam, a detail-oriented Quality Auditor with hands-on experience at Amazon Prime Video, where I work on content auditing, data analysis, and improving operational workflows. I specialize in identifying discrepancies, enhancing compliance, and driving process improvements by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
I’m skilled in SQL, Excel, data management, and quality auditing, and I perform strongly in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.

On a personal note, I’m passionate about playing football and going on motorcycle rides activities that keep me active, focused, and disciplined. These hobbies also help me stay motivated and bring a balanced, energetic mindset to my work.

I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Data Science and Analytics at Jain University, which I will complete in December 2025. Where I’m building strong skills in data analysis, business intelligence, and decision-making. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Presidency College, which gives me a solid foundation in accounting, finance,  business operations, and analytical thinking.
