Hi, My name is Truptirani Mishra from Odisha. Currently staying in Pune. I have completed my Btech on 2012.

I have more then 6 years of experience in both Non voice/ Back office role.

I have joined TBSS on 2015 as a customer care executive, There I used to support the Tata motors customer's through email and chat.

Then I have joined Tata Motors on 2017 as a senior associate, There I planned and designed UK telecome networks for BT Openreach client using various tools and applications.

After that I have joined Mphasis on 2019, There I have worked for Karna US International web chat process. Later on as per my qualification and performance I get the opportunity to work with US Mortgage. So I shifted to JPMC as a Data Processor. There I provide support to the loan officer and underwrite teams by ensuring the timely and accurate processing of mortgages and verifying the Borrowers documents to provide loan applications.

That's all about my experience.

I have the skills of Microsoft Office, Basic HTML5 and CSS3, CRM(citrix, workspace), Tools(MPX, CSS), Positive attitude, Quick learner, Team work, Customer support, Client service and Data entry etc.

My hobbies are Web Browsing, Watching Movies, Exploring New places, Singing and Dancing.
