We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer experiences, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the showroom. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the jewellery industry, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces based on their preferences and requirements.

Drive sales to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Educate customers about lab-grown diamonds, gold, and silver products.

Maintain excellent relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Supervise and guide junior sales staff to ensure a smooth store experience.

Ensure proper handling of jewellery inventory, billing, and documentation.

Maintain showroom presentation standards and cleanliness.

Stay updated with current market trends, new collections, and promotional campaigns.

Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges professionally.
