Udayakumar Rajasekaran

I am Udayakumar , I am a Baker working in cruise industry for 27 yrs.  I am married and have two kids. I do make gluten free bread , rye bread and some displays . I would always like to learn new things and innovate it in bakery. 

I did my training and started my work in Taj Coramandel as a trainee to Asst. Bakery started in cruise industry 1993 onwards Celebrity cruies  for 6 ½  yrs

Princess cruises  for 17 ½ yrs , and now still working in Msc cruises for 3yrs. 

  I did my diploma in FOOD CRAFT INSITUTE in Trichy, Tamilnadu, as Bakery and Confectioner. I did my training and started my work in Taj Coramandel as a trainee to Asst. Baker.
