I am a Logistics Manager in Export Operations, where I manage the process of shipping goods internationally. My role involves overseeing the movement of goods from suppliers to customers across global markets.

Export Planning and Coordination:

• Develop and manage detailed export plans to ensure timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
• Coordinate with production, sales, and inventory teams to ensure that export schedules align with customer needs and production timelines.
• Oversee the preparation and review of export documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and export permits.

Compliance Management:

• Ensure compliance with international trade laws, customs regulations, and export documentation requirements.
• Keep updated on trade regulations and any changes that may impact the export process.
• Work with customs brokers and legal teams to resolve any compliance issues that arise.

Logistics and Transportation Management:

• Manage relationships with freight forwarders, shipping companies, and other logistics service providers.
• Optimize transportation routes and methods to reduce costs and ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure proper handling and packaging of goods for export to prevent damage and meet international shipping standards.
