I have worked in TCS for the past 2 years and 10 months. I have supported 5+ clients with different IT infrastructure. I have managed windows and cloud service like AWS and Azure. I have hands on expereince in windows,VMware,AWS,AD,DNS,DHCP,SFTP,SCCM,Mangae Engine and WSUS. Performed patching via SCCM,WSUS and manage engine.

Day to Day Activities:

1. Vm/instance creation and deletion.
2. Vm/instance management 
3. Storage addition and reduction
4. Handling tickets.
5. Patching via SCCM, Manage Engine.
6. User/group/DL creation and deletion in AD.
7. Provide access to SFTP via Cerberus
8. Provide access to user for DFS.
9. OS Upgrade.
10. Compute reduction and extension.

Education

I did my Bachelor degree in Manakula Vinayagar institute of technology in the stream of information technology from 2017 to 2021.
