Preparing and auditing Direct and Indirect expenses for Global
regions as per the TAT & Policy
● Preparing Direct cost timesheet for Vendor and Client
● Preparing Audit snapshot on a monthly basis to client
● Estimating costs and comparing budgets with actuals for vendor
and client and advising on the possible cost saving areas.
● Forecast and analyze costs of projects
● Analyzing Client Vs vendor billing on the Overhead Non-Billable
ratios and advising on the cost savings basis the historical trends
● Reconciliation of paid, unpaid invoices basis vendor and
customer statements, and work with the AP team to process on
the timely payments
● Monitoring Purchase Orders, SOW contracts( initiating and drafting
new amendment by updating the MTC/CP calculations and
getting the required approvals)
● Preparing monthly accruals
● Performing revenue recognition activities and ad hoc related
queries.
● Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports on the indirect & T & E
spends.
● Preparing the performance trends of the vendors and reporting
spends and SLAs.
