Job Profile 

• Collecting Home loan Credit and Property documents from HSBC Bank PAN India branches and lawyers. • Analyzing and rectifying accounting errors and original property documents updation errors in customer accounts. • Updating in our internal system and MIS and archived the vendors • Solving and Reverting customers queries raised by Call Centre / Branches on E-mails, E-helplines or through Request Management. • Preparing vouchers to charge the customer based on queries if applicable • Providing CERSAI search report before loan disbursement and registering property details post disbursement and doing Satisfaction/Deregister after account closed. • Releasing of No dues letter and Original Home Loan property documents post closure of the loan. (This involves release of Original Legal Home Loan documents along with Lien Removal Letter, Undated Cheques/Post Dated Cheque and excess refund cheque, if any, post loan closures – Foreclosure, Collections Closure as well as Auto Closures). • Handling escalations by investigating the case and escalating the same to higher management in order to resolve the same within TAT. • Coordinating with various departments and analyzing the processes to reduce the Turn Around Time (TAT) to the minimum. • Preparation of reconciliation reports and MIS Reports on Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly Basis to evaluate the volume and improve the process. • Maintaining TATs to ensure compliance of 100% resolution of Customer queries and ensuring that all complaints are resolved within defined TATs. • Assisting new team members with product & process knowledge.
