• Executing cost saving techniques to achieve substantial reduction in expenditures & work within the budget  Developing and nurturing productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Instituting various value initiatives like capacity enhancement, cost reduction, yield Improvement by virtue of creating a work environment which contributes to such achievements.
• Completed new projects and plant expansion of Sucralfate (API) facility from installation to commissioning including qualifications.
